For your inquisitive minds you will find below a list of the most frequently asked questions at Galaxy Fun Park. You will likely find the answer to any questions you may have regarding our policies in this list .

CLOSED TOE shoes are required on ALL attractions (No flip flops, sandals, etc) EXCEPT soft play which requires any type of socks. Also, our trampoline park requires our special Galaxy socks.

The last round of Mini Golf is 30 minutes before close each night. Due to the time a round of golf takes, we will not be allowing any new games after this time.

1)Birthday-
Mini Golf is not available as an attraction choice in the Birthday packages, but you have the option to add it on for a discounted rate at the END of your party.

2) Groups-
Mini Golf May be included in certain Group packages. If it is not included, groups may always add Mini Golf onto their package at a discounted rate.

Yes. Appropriate attire “in good taste” is required. Shirt, Closed toe Shoes and shorts/pants. Galaxy’s dress code is at the sole discretion of our Management staff.

No, only certified service animals are allowed in the park.

There is NOT an admission price to enter the park; however, we do require that ALL GUESTS THAT ENTER THE PARK, whether they are participating or not, get a waiver band. This also allows guests to be able to access certain restricted areas of the park or drive UNDERAGED children on CERTAIN attractions for free if they have CLOSED TOE SHOES. (Ex. Go-Karts- MUST BE 10YRS AND 56” TALL and Spin Zone Bumper Cars-MUST BE 5YRS AND 38” TALL)

A parent or legal guardian age 18 years or older must sign a WAIVER for EVERY child that is under the age of 18 years. This process can be done online by any electronic device or it can be done once you come into our park at our WAIVER STATION.

ALL PARTICIPANTS AND NON-PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A WAIVER TO ENTER THE PARK. THIS IS YOUR FREE TICKET OF ENTRY. ALL SPECTATORS WISHING TO ENTER THE TRAMPOLINE AREA MUST HAVE A WAIVER AND ANYONE NEEDING TO DRIVE AN UNDERAGE CHILD ON AN ATTRACTION NEEDS A WAIVER BAND.

Everyone can jump on the trampolines as long as they can walk on their own; however, each of our attractions have different AGE AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Please see the attraction pages for individual restrictions.

We do not discount, be aware and pay close attention to our Park hours and make your purchase accordingly.

Our park does not charge admission; therefore, we encourage each guest to take a FREE tour before making their purchase. Once the purchase is complete, we DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.

NO--- The only exception to this rule is for guests that have a scheduled Galaxy birthday party with a private party room. They may bring CAKE or CUPCAKES ONLY.

No, None of these items are allowed in the Park.

We do not offer an ALL-Day Pass every day; however, we do run specials on certain days and holidays for an ALL DAY unlimited pass. Please follow us on Facebook and our website for these specials. Learn More

NO, We offer 2 and 3 Hour UNLIMITED ATTRACTION PACKAGES. THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE TRAMPOLINES, Ropes Course, Or Video Games.

YES! We do offer group rates. The minimum number of participants is 15 and it must be booked 72 hours ahead of your arrival with a deposit and paid under one bill. Learn More

Due to insurance, safety and liability, we can’t be held responsible or liable for your child if you leave the building; therefore, we ask that any child under the age of 18 years of age have a parent or adult chaperone with them at all times.

NO. Guests are ALLOWED to use their OWN SOCKS, but SOCKS ARE REQUIRED in the soft play.

NO, GALAXY JUMP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, and you can bring back your Galaxy Jump Socks each time you visit.

YES!! You have a choice of $3 for a one time rental or $5 for the day.

YES, We have a full service Cosmic Café with Food and Beverages. Learn More

YES! We have Gluten-Free Pizza and Vegan-Pizza that we offer in our Cosmic Café.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi to all of our guests. It is Galaxy and the password is BeOurGuest.

NO, all attractions are available to purchase when you arrive.

Yes, we do sell Gift cards! However, Gift cards must be purchased in the Park at the front desk or by phone at 919-584-4000 ext.101

The 2 and 3 Hour Unlimited Attraction card is PER PERSON and includes 6 of our attractions for an unlimited amount of time until that time period expires. ( Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Spin Zone Bumper Cars, Blacklight Mini-golf, Pluto Plunge, and Mission Control Soft Play.)

The 3 Hour Unlimited, and 2 Hour unlimited packages do not include Jump Zone, Video Games, Or Space walk ropes course.

Both of these options also allow you to add on the discounted trampoline park for $9 for 30 minutes or $13 for 1 hour.

You can also add on Ropes Course for an additional $6.

No every Groupon has an expiration printed on it. Once purchased, you have 120 days to use your Groupon. Please pay careful attention to your expiration date and redeem it before it expires.

No. As stated on the Groupon voucher, you must use the Promotional Groupon Value in 1 VISIT.

Groupons are ONLY VALID MONDAY-FRIDAY and are NOT ACCEPTED on any FEDERAL HOLIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY (They do not include taxes, tips or Required Galaxy Jump Socks.)

Jump Passes are not valid on Federal Holidays.

The Fine Print

Promotional value expires 90 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Must sign Waiver. Younger than 18 must have guardian-signed waiver. JUMP PASSES ARE NOT VALID SATURDAY-SUNDAY OR ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. JUMP PASSES DO NOT INCLUDE REQUIRED GALAXY SOCKS. Texts or pictures of vouchers will not be accepted, must present voucher on phone through mobile app or paper copy. Jump passes must be used in one visit. Jumpers are required to wear Galaxy grip socks, which is not included in the voucher; available for purchase in-park for $2.50 per pair. Subject to availability and park Capacity. Sales tax not included in purchase price. Limit 1 per person. May be repurchased every 60 days. Must use promotional value in 1 visit(s). Valid only for option purchased. Not valid with other offers or promotions. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
